While searching for an article worth reading I found one titled Iraq violent death rates 'plunge' . I personally thought this was a huge improvement from what has happened in Iraq. Sadly 884 civilians were killed last month but that was half a drop from close almost 1,600 civilians. Maybe the extra 30,000 troops were somewhat successful on the war on terror. Also more good news that there were 62 U.S. fatalities which is good because that is the lowest since July 2006.
Although these successes of lower death rates in Iraq the political issues are still in very bad condition, There are many fears that with the extra troops there will soon be escalating violence again. But for now let’s enjoy our 33% death rate drop and keep fighting the war on terror.

I think you did a good job. you were very fluent and you had good topics and you were very right that he shouldn't be a leader.
Good presentation, every thing you did was well, except you could have made more eye contact with the crowd and not just Mrs.Smith. Besides that good job.

You did a good job on making eye contact but refering to your notes. Wow that's pretty powerful that you had family members that died in the Holocaust. Good job Sean, I agree with all your points. The holocost did happen and we should remember the people who suffered in those camps. Also, the cartoonist ordeal was very amusing. The world is so unforgiving!
You knew what you were saying however you werent 100% prepaired. I think you could have made more eye contact instead of reading off your paper. Other than that excelent job.

Sean, it is very interesting that the ambassador or some other leader had said that the holocaust was not real. How could he say something like that in an American school. It is really weird how that a swedish cartoonist is in hiding for a cartoon about Muhamid, and Pakistan is looking for him.Your blogs are really good and well thought out. GREAT JOB! Answer to your queation: I think we should lay low before jumping into war. I don't think we should try to give them a reason to get those countries with nuclear weapons, any reason to use them againt us.
Good job on incorporating all of your PLNs into your presentation. The war in Iraq is a huge deal to all of us, and I thought it was cool that most of your PLNs related to the war.
